Reservation Policy

  • Reservation Policy – Session sizes are limited so please make a reservation using our online reservation system, via our website or the app Mindbody Connect, to guarantee a spot in your preferred class.
  • All sessions must be reserved and purchased via our online reservation system.
  • To download the Mindbody App, simply click the image to the left and follow the simple instructions.
  • To access our schedule and sign up for classes, you can visit our schedule page or click on the MindBODY button below.

Cancellation Policy

  • We have a three (3) hour cancellation policy due to limited class sizes. For example, if you reserved a 9am session, you must cancel it by 6am that morning to be outside the three (3) hour cancellation period.
  • You will not be charged for the session if you cancel prior to the three (3) hour time period.
  • Sessions that NOT cancelled within the three (3) hour cancellation period will count as a session used and charged a $10 fee if you do not contact us and inform us of your late cancel.
  • Private Sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice, otherwise the session counts as used.

Wait List

Wait List – Session sizes are limited but spaces do open up as clients reschedule. If you would like to attend a session that is full, place yourself on the wait list via our online reservation system. As soon as a spot becomes available in that session, you will be notified via email.

Walk-Ins

  • If a session is not full, walk-ins will be accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Please check the MindBODY App for session availability.

Refunds/ Expirations/ Transferability

  • We do not give refunds for any service. We will cancel your membership, and then you can finish out the remainder of the month.

Cell Phones

  • To ensure that all class participants enjoy their time at the studio, please silence your phone and refrain from using your cell phone during your session.

Inclement Weather

  • In the event of dangerous or severe weather conditions, for the safety of our clients, the studio will be closed.
  • Check our Facebook page for information on session cancellations and studio closings.
  • If you have signed up for a session that is cancelled, the session will be credited back to your account for you to schedule at another time.
